The OCT Nidek RS-330 Duo is an ophthalmic diagnostic system that combines optical coherence tomography (OCT) with an integrated fundus camera to capture high-definition images of the retina and the posterior segment of the eye. The device is designed for non-mydriatic use with simultaneous acquisition of OCT images and fundus photographs, facilitating the analysis of the macula, optic disc, and retinal structures in a single procedure. It features automatic 3D tracking, alignment, focusing, and automatic shutter release to simplify image acquisition and improve clinical efficiency.

It integrates a 12-megapixel CCD camera with a 45° field of view and supports wide-area OCT imaging (up to 12×9 mm) with the ability to average multiple images (up to 50) and select signal sensitivity to optimize image quality based on the pathology. The system features automatic tracking and autofocus modes to facilitate daily use and can include additional functions such as autofluorescence (FAF) and extensive normative databases for quantitative comparisons.
