Branch Retinal Artery Occlusion (BRAO) is a condition in which there is obstruction of one of the branches of the central retinal artery within the eye.

A 65-year-old patient with neurologically involved Erdheim Cester disease undergoing Cobimetinib therapy came to our observation.

This patient came to our observation 4 years ago for macular vitelliform dystrophy, or Best's disease. (See below for a description of this disease.) At first, stratified yellow spot is visible in the right eye on retinography; on OCT, the spot appears hyperdense in the inferior part and hypodense in the superior part.
